Research On The Evaluation And Prevention Of Entrepreneurial Risks Of New Ventures

Starting a business can optimize the allocation of resources to create greater economic value and social value, but starting a business is also a high-risk activity. So far, the researches on the risk of starting a business are mainly on the perspective of venture capital and specific risks of starting a business. The researches mainly focus on some special groups,such as the college students, and migrant workers. The researches mainly pay attention to the prevention of risk and preventive solutions. Studies on risk assessment of the companies which are on the period of starting are rare. The activity of starting a business begins with the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, and the risks arise while the entrepreneurial activity unfolds. The current studies regard identifying of the entrepreneurial opprtunity and entrepreneurial risk assessment as two independent research points, and do not add the risk of the stage of entrepreneurial opportunity to identify into the process of risk assessment. The researches on the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial risk in start - up enterprises are penurious.This article will regard entrepreneurial opportunity to identify as a part of entrepreneurial activities, and integratly research the entrepreneurial opportunity to identify and entrepreneurial risk assessment. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and current situation of the newly created enterprises, the author finds out the main problems of the new enterprises. The article analyzes the influencing factors of entrepreneurial opportunity to identify, and innovates the model of the process of traditional entrepreneurial opportunity to identify,and builds a new model of entrepreneurial opportunity to identify. The article also analyzes the factors of the entrepreneurial risk of the new companies, and summarizes the internal relationship of the influencing factors and the various risk factors, and then studies the formation mechanism of the venture risk of the start-up enterprises and constructs the risk mechanism. The key risk factors are identified by bibliometric analysis, and the risk factors of the stage of entrepreneur opportunity to identify are included in the whole process of risk assessment of start-up enterprise. The questionnaire is designed on the basis of bibliometrics,and the questionnaire is collected and the data will be count. The negligible risk factors will be abandoned, and the author will visit some experts. Using Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the risk index, and using Matter - element evaluation method which is combined with the designation of expert survey to evaluate entrepreneurial risk of the newly created enterprises comprehensivly, and selects the representative enterprises which are newly built as analyzing examples. On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the entrepreneurial risk, this paper studies the prevention and control mechanism of the start-up enterprises. According to the specific risk factors and the degree of danger, the author puts forward specific countermeasures to evaluate the risk of the start-up enterprises and guides the start-up enterprises how to do risk assessment and prevention and prevention.
