| With the development of border trade, increasingly frequent civil exchanges, the border areas gradually formed international road transport activities since the reform and open up.To safeguard national sovereignty, establish a fairly competited international road transport market and promote the healthy development of the industry, the International Road Transport Administration subsequently born. Since motor transport agreement was signed between mongolia and China in June 1991, the International Road Transport Management in our country has experienced 23 years.In recent years, the Ministry of Transport sign international transport agreements widely, and participate in the development of international transport regulations actively, establishing and perfecting the legal system of the international road transport, building up an all round management system and mechanism of industry steadily, improving international road transport facilities reasonably, establish the preliminary international road transport market management and service system.Which not only Support the communication of personnel and economic exchange of our country with neighboring countries,but also contribute to the stable and orderly development of China’s border areas.Based on the principles of convenience and high efficiency, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of operators of international roads, promote the development of international road transport,According to international practice,facts in the areas, this paper made meticulous research, discussed the management of actual situation of international road transport in Ruili in the new era, studied the development of international road transport facilitation in Ruili,and found that there exists the problems such as lack of the infrastructure capacity, the customs clearance is not convenient, the China — Myanmar bilateral facilitation agreement has not yet been signed, the management system is not smooth and some other issues.This article also discussed the development trend of international road transport facilitation in Ruili and used the relevant experience inside and outside the province for reference.Finaly,To promote the development of international road transport in Ruili, we studied about the analysis of the strategies to faciliitate international transportation in Ruili to strengthen the decelopment of the international road transport inRuili. |
