With the development of the market and the deepening of the reform,the original knowledge system has obviously not suited to the requirements of the development of the enterprise.The enterprise must adapt to the current rapid development of the market,to carry out the work of education and training,the use of modern economic management knowledge and training system,the training plan and implement professional job skills training,to enhance the technical capacity of staff,improve the business enterprise production department personnel quality,improve the production efficiency of enterprises.The quality of personnel has an irreplaceable role in the development of enterprises,HY food enterprises in order to occupy a place in the food industry,to create a well-known brand,it must have talent technology,resource information for support.Starting from the training related theory,combined with the research results at home and abroad and learn the advanced training system on the basis of deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of HY food enterprise training,and aiming at the existing problems,design a more perfect training system,build training system framework,within the framework of the training process,training courses,training instructors,training system four system is discussed in detail in the paper,HY help food enterprises to provide a theoretical basis and system to carry out a full range of training work.HY food enterprise training system to adapt to the industry background,conducive to personnel training,to promote the efficiency of the transformation of training results.I hope this design can meet the HY training system,help food enterprises development in structural adjustment,to help enterprises and employees in structural adjustment and common progress,to lay a solid foundation for the core competitiveness of enterprise technology talents.
