With the market reform of electric power,gas,heat and other energy industries,the monopoly position of energy operation companies faces more and more challenges from market competition.In the aspect of human resource management,the current problems faced by energy operation enterprises are redundancy and the shortage of talents,and how to transform the development in the new internal and external environment is a major issue for these companies.At present,the researches of job design theory increasingly tend to the employees' needs into the job design,they also put forward the princip les of the working environment design and the development of the staff ab ility,and the corresponding job design methods,which opens a new way for the study of human resource management from the angle of the staff.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve these problems of human resources to design an effective job design optimization for these companies.This paper takes X Company as an example.First of all,through the review of the previous literature,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of job design and flexible management,summed up the flexib le management tends to use non coercive method to guide employees to take the behavior in favor of the company.In the job design,the main idea should be followed is to put the needs of enterprises,while the needs of employees into consideration.Secondly,with the guidance of theoretical researches,this paper uses the method of data analys is and interview to carry on the job design analys is of representative posts.With the comprehension of theory research results,latest cases,the data and questionnaire interviews,this paper has found out the existing problems in the job design,put forward the improvement scheme,so as to stimulate the enthus iasm and creativity of employees,promote voluntary turnover and improve the overall team work,which has a practical significance to solve the dilemma of redundancy and talent shortage.
