| City logistics distribution has been a key component of supply chain and distribution,which is highly related to the development of city economy. With the intensive large-scale development of industries, cities have gathered more consumers and more consumer demand.Therefore, city logistics distribution is more likely important to the city industries. To optimize the city logistics distribution, this study introduced the market segmentation theory into city logistics distribution to improve the efficiency of city logistics distribution, as to improve the competitiveness of enterprise and benefit the development of urban commerce.First, urban commercial logistics market segmentation has carried on, then market segmentation result is introduced into the logistics method selection model with studies of the urban commercial logistics method selection. This paper firstly introduces the related theory of market segmentation method, analyzing the feasibility of introducing market segmentation method in logistics industry. And in view of the city commercial logistics market segmentation research, expounding the method of market segmentation, program and so on. By the K-means clustering method to urban commercial logistics market, as the goal,urban commercial logistics market segmentation model is established. According to field survey data and determination of the related parameters and variables of the model, the city commercial logistics market segmentation. Second, the city logistics distribution method selection is studied, the problems existing in the present situation of urban distribution, city distribution, city distribution mode of comparative analysis has carried on with detailed elaboration for the study on urban commercial distribution method choice of sufficient theoretical support. Then, compared the fuzzy multi-objective decision model and coupling factor decision, choosing fuzzy multi-objective decision model as the city commercial distribution method selection model for the supplement. The segmentation results are included in the model, and the distribution method selection use fuzzy optimization theory step by step to get the optimal distribution scheme. Finally, selecting an electric business enterprise as a case, by collecting and organizing data, determining the relevant variables and parameter values, the model of case enterprise has carried on the analysis and calculation. Calculation results of distribution method selection model accord with the actual,verifying the practicability and validity of the model.In this paper, theory and empirical research have been proposed based on market segmentation method of city distribution mode choice, establishing a suitable urban commercial distribution mode choice model. The effective empirical research is benefiting for related enterprises to provide them effective decision-making references. |
