| With the fast development of mobile Internet,third party payment,big data,cloud computing and other Internet technologies,the sharing economy has extended to every aspect of people’s lives.It has created a new type of commercial value conception and thought patterns,which changed the traditional business model of the demand-side,the supply-side,the manufactures,channels and other elements of the value of the content and interaction.From the perspective of value net theory,this paper studies the business model of the enterprise under the sharing economy.First of all,through a large number of literature review and theoretical research,put forward a new concept of shared-business model creatively.Secondly,based on the theory of value net,the paper builds a general shared-business model,and defines the elements of the business model.Then,select the representative of the home sharing market in the field of shared economy to in-depth study.Through the case analysis and dynamic simulation analysis for mayi.com,the four key factors that influence the shared business model are obtained.Finally,the paper puts forward some effective suggestions.The main research results are as follows:First of all,the concept of shared-business model is creatively put forward by the combination of sharing economy and business model.Shared-business model is a new intelligent solution from demand to consumption,which through the Internet high-tech means to achieve resource supply and demand of real-time,accurate matching and user needs to create personalized scale customization.Secondly,through the analysis of the driving factors of the business model,and the comparison between the shared business model and the traditional business model,This paper puts forward the value net structure model of the shared-business model,and analyzes the main body of the value net.From the three elements of the business model: value proposition,value creation,value realization,the shared-model is in-depth study.Thirdly,a large number of actual data from 2011 to 2015 were used to validate the model by using the method of system dynamics,modeling and Simulation of home shared-business model.In this paper,four key elements of shared-business model were found out,which is understanding of requirements,service quality,resource integration capability and average cost.This paper provides strategies and suggestions of the shared-business model from the perspective of value.This study not only enriches the research category of business models,but also explores the new gene of business model.Shared-business model overcomes the inherent weakness of the traditional business model,and broadens the connotation of sharing economy.It has some guiding significance for promoting the development of the sharing economy industry. |
