Study On Development Problems And Solutions Of Coal Transport Logistics Of Huaibei Mining Corporation M

With the increasingly fierce market competition,it has been so vital for the development of coal enterprises and even the whole industry to improve the efficiency of coal logistics management and reduce coal logistics costs.Huibei is an important coal production base in our country and holds a very important position in the coal industry of Anhui Province and even the whole country,and meanwhile,coal industry is also the mainstay of the city's industrial economy.Therefore,for the large coal enterprise of Huaibei City---Huaibei M Mine Group,optimizing coal transport logistics system has become a key research topic in reducing coal resource cost,and moreover,the research will also provide reform reference for other related enterprises.The thesis first analyzed the purpose and significance of the research topic,reviewed the research literature at home and abroad,explained the research contents and methods of the thesis,and then proposed the creative points and deficiencies of the research.Then,the thesis proceeded to introduce the basic conditions of Huaibei M Mine Group and analyzed the current status of the Group's coal logistics from the aspects of logistics scale,logistics structure,logistics network and platform.On top of this,the analysis transferred to the problems in current coal logistics of the Group and the reasons behind;by conclusion,it was found that the problems mainly concentrated in transport costs,logistics management,logistics informatization and infrastructure.In the end,the thesis made a corresponding analysis on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Group in qualitative and quantitative terms by means of SWOT analytical tool.Finally,it discovered that the enterprise had potential advantages in its location,policy and its strong basis and industrial development potential;meanwhile the disadvantages could also never be ignored which might be reflected by the backward logistics infrastructure,weak service consciousness,relative separate logistics market and security;the discovery also included the development opportunity of its own and the opportunities from provincial and municipal policies,as well as the threat it faced from rail transport problem.On such basis,the thesis made a comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the alternative logistics nodes in the approach of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method by use of the collected data,in order to search out the logistics nodes appropriate to the Group.In the last part,the thesis proposed corresponding strategies to the development of the Group's coal logistics:based on the future railway way building scheme of the city,vigorously develop logistics network of the province relying on the new highways and railways,and make full use of the water way to further boost the transport capacity of East China covering the developed regions of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai;in terms of production mode and logistics management mode,optimize coal enterprise logistics system,strength scheduled purchasing management of logistics system,adjust storage structure,establish and improve coal logistics management and consignment system,build a complete informationalized logistics system,step up efforts in informatization management and grasp the critical demands;develop a strong green logistics consciousness,realize green transport route and means,improve anti-dust and antifouling efficiency at the warehouse and loading and unloading links,and build a sound training mechanism for logistics talents.
