JY precision shaft co., LTD is a company for many world famous manufacturers matching precision shaft parts and precision cutting pieces as the main business of family enterprises, as the enterprise with the increase of the scale of production and enterprise personnel, JY precision shaft company existing organization structure can not meet the needs of enterprise development, enterprises urgently need to reform the existing organizational structure, to match the JY company facing the increasingly changing internal and external environment, enhance the market competitiveness of JY company.Hope is the main idea of this article for the JY company has the practical significance, the method of based on the research of the organizational structure, to JY company in aspects of the organization structure are analyzed, finally puts forward JY company organization structure, the optimal scheme and model.This article is divided into five chapters altogether, chapter one introduction, mainly about the research background, research purpose and research methods and research contents and technical route, case body, the second chapter introduces the background and JY precision shaft problems of organization and management aspects of the company, the third chapter for the analysis of the causes of JY company organization and management problems, through introducing related theories, analysis the influence factors of JY company organization and management and organization and management problems of JY company main cause analysis, to analyze what is the cause of the organization and management problem, the fourth chapter organization management improvement strategy for precision shaft company, the reason, according to the above analysis targeted to improve, the fifth chapter is conclusion and outlook.The significance of this paper lies in: one is the hope that through my research, can be directly to JY precision shaft organization management problems of the company to provide solutions;The second is for the same also have family business background, by the small business development into a medium-sized enterprises suffer from the same organization of management issues, to provide ideas and methods of change.
