| High-tech industry is the most important point of economical development in today's world,it has a series of advantages,such as adjusting the industrial structure,high returning on investment and energy saving.Under the case that all kinds of resources reducing year by year,the development of high-tech industry is very important.BaiYin city relys on industry and resource development in the past,however,In recent years BaiYin's resources exhausted.Development gradually show weakness,and BaiYin city has been regarded as the resource-exhausted city by State Council of the People's Republic of China.in the case of resource exhausting,it realized the pattern of economic development by resource dependent to innovation-driven transformation.Industrial development cannot leave the financial supporting,financial function is a driving force for the development of the industry,but BaiYin in developing high-tech industry and the financial support of high-tech industrial development has a lot of problems at the same time.Using the modern financial instruments,financial institutions to support high-tech industries has important role.In the paper it will analyze the relationship between finance and industry development at home and abroad on the basis of literature study,the brief introduction of the relevant financial theory and analyze BaiYin financial supporting of high-tech industry development present situation,financial high-tech industry development at home and abroad for reference,the successful experience,combined with the specific circumstances of silver rich financial institutions,using the modern instruments,the concrete financial policy and a series of specific countermeasures. |
