Real estate is one of the pillar industries in China,but in recent years because of the imbalance in the economic structure and information asymmetry,making real estate enterprises to enter the sales downturn,leading real estate companies using new marketing tool for product sales,the Internet era real estate brings new opportunities for marketing.New media marketing methods such as micro-blogging,micro-refreshing,which micro-platform marketing letter public as an important marketing tool for new media marketing,to strengthen the management and development of enterprise plays an important role.Real estate companies through a public platform for commodities trading,product marketing,branding and customer relationships,so as to enable enterprises to indirect access to branded marketing and sales force.In this paper,poly real estate app public platform "Gansu poly",for example,explore the impact of their marketing model for the real estate business.First part author through combined micro-letter of features explained micro-letter public platform of significance,that at this stage of micro-letter public platform to products of marketing for purpose;second part author will poly real estate of micro-letter public platform of marketing mode and traditional of marketing mode for compared,summary out micro-letter public platform marketing of advantage;third part author to case research for cases,through combined poly real estate micro-letter public platform "Gansu poly will" described real estate Enterprise micro-letter public platform of marketing way;Part IV summary micro-poly real estate problems and thinking of the public platform.This study found that real estate companies relied too much on micro-marketing public platform,most enterprises are promoted under the tide of micro-marketing micro-marketing public platform,did not really pay attention to micro-marketing effects the public platform,while professional personnel operations,resulting in longer micro platforms to the public use,failed to bring the desired results.Real estate companies can't just use single market approach,should be combined with a variety of marketing product marketing.
