Under the current trend of pushing the low carbon economy,the traditional rural logistics with high energy consumption,high emission and low efficiency has become the yoke that restricts the sustainable development of rural economy.And in order to promote the coordinated development of rural economy and the environment in order to achieve low-carbon economy,promote rural logistics industry upgrades and low-carbon transformation has become an important step to open the yoke.To promote the transformation of rural logistics from the traditional to the modernization and low carbonization for the purpose of research,to build a low carbon economy under the perspective of rural logistics system dynamics model,and optimize the analysis and policy simulation for rural logistics to provide low-carbon countermeasures.It mainly includes the following contents: On the basis of relevant theories and literatures,it clarifies the definition,main function,basic elements and composition of rural logistics from the perspective of low carbon economy.And from the perspective of low-carbon economy,the rural logistics system is divided into three sub-systems of urban and rural trade supply and demand,logistics carbon emissions and rural logistics economy,and the relationship between them is analyzed.Secondly,the dynamic model of low-carbon rural logistics system is constructed by using the method of system dynamics,drawing the causal relationship diagram and analyzing the basic feedback loop.Taking the rural logistics of Jiangsu Province as an example,the validity and authenticity of the model are tested after assigning the parameters and variables in the model and inputting the corresponding functions.Finally,the following three parts are researched by the tested model: one is the main variable in the forecast model,the second is through the adjustment of environmental protection investment,energy technology,cargo transportation,agricultural product processing,logistics investment and the introduction of carbon tax The third is based on the optimization analysis of the model and the actual situation of rural areas in Jiangsu Province,put forward the combination of policy and carbon tax policy and evaluation analysis.The results show that the rural economy in Jiangsu is in the period of rapid development,and the contradiction between supply and demand of rural logistics is more and more prominent,and the carbon emissions of rural logistics are increasing.Through optimization analysis,it is found that environmental protection investment,energy technology,rural logistics investment,Agricultural products processing,cargo transport and carbon tax are all effective factors to promote the transformation of rural logistics to low carbon.By analyzing the carbon productivity and decoupling index,it can be seen that the implementation of the combination policy can effectively change the rural areas compared with the non-policy The current status of logistics,and carbon tax policy,although the combination of policies have better results,but China's existing low-carbon technology and governance efficiency has not yet reached the implementation conditions,the need to provide low-carbon subsidies and carbon tax returns to the logistics industry Investment is greater than the expenditure in order to achieve the desired effect.
