With the arrival of large data age,the hotel's business model will have undergone profound changes.Only digging deeply the characteristics behind the large data,can we form a clear understanding and grasp of the industry.Only rely on the unique advantages of large data can we truly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the operating subjects with large numbers and that the phenomenon of homogenization is serious in the market economy about fast hotels,fully tap the intrinsic value of business processes and model,timely grasp the opportunities provided by large data development and actively promote the business model to upgrade and continuously reduce operating costs,simplify the operation process,not only help to promote fast hotels to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development goals,but also to help promote the the ecosystem of entire hotel industry to improve and optimize.Based on the theory of large data,this paper focuses on the construction of core competencies about fast hotels from two aspects: theoretical and empirical aspects,and this paper can be divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,the research significance,the research status quo at home and abroad,the research content and the research method and the innovation of this paper.The second part is related theoretical basis.This part includes mainly large data theory,enterprise competitiveness theory and enterprise core competitiveness theory.Through the combing of relevant theories,we summarize the core competitiveness of fast hotels.The third part is the impact pathway of large data on the core competitiveness offast hotels.This part analyzes large data specific content of fast hotels and analyzes the important influence of large data on the core competitiveness of fast hotels from five aspects: the basic condition,the demand condition,the support industry,the strategic structure and the competitor analysis and the business opportunity based on the diamond model,and the research on the relationship between the large data and the core competitiveness is advanced to the level of process elements and their actual performance.The fourth part is mainly the analysis on the core competitiveness of fast hotels based on large data.This paper expounds the problems existing in the application of large data in the fast hotels and divide the core competitiveness system of fast hotels into three parts based on the theory of core competence:core layer,periphery layer and display layer,then the influence of large data on each layer is projected onto the elements of layers and the research on the relationship between the large data and the core competitiveness is advanced to the level of the elements and the mechanism.The fifth part is the case analysis of the impact of big data on the core competitiveness of fast hotels.In the part of case analysis about fast hotels,we explore the application of big data from the hotel company's website,microblogging,WeChat and database and focus on the influencing factors of the application of large data in fast hotels from the hotel site visit,the average daily conversion rate of hotel site,the hotel app download usage,the hotel's first screen time and the hotel site user feedback.The sixth part is the measures to enhance the fast hotels' core competitiveness in the background of large data.Through the previous theoretical discussion and empirical analysis,this part puts forward four measures,which include pay attention to and strengthen the application of large data of hotel enterprises,enhance product innovation and service guarantee,pay attention to hotel culture and brand building and advocate continuous learning organizational growth strategy.The seventh part is research conclusion and prospect.This paper firstly summarizes and discusses the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward the prospect of the follow-up study.
