Performance Evaluation And Empirical Analysis Of Rural Poverty Alleviation In China

Poverty is driven by economic,social,cultural and other factors lead to a poor material life and spiritual life of comprehensive phenomenon.The resulting or derived a series of social problems around the world,especially in developing countries.Since China’s reform and opening up,the party and the government attaches great importance to the poverty problem,implemented a series of with characteristic of China’s poverty alleviation policy,made some achievements.However,due to the large scale of our country’s poor population,the level of poverty,the task is still very arduous.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of rural poverty reduction,in this paper,by constructing the performance evaluation system of poverty alleviation,the performance of China’s rural poverty alleviation,in order to promote the development of poverty alleviation.First,By studying the existing literature at home and abroad,combing connotation,causes poverty and poverty reduction performance viewpoints and research methods of literature,and on the basis of this expound the connotation of poverty standards,China’s rural poverty alleviation policy evolution and connotation of the performance evaluation model,which provide theoretical basis for future research.Secondly do descriptive analysis about the present situation of China’s rural poverty reduction performance,and directly from poverty alleviation effect,economic development,infrastructure improvement as well as the social development and so on four aspects to build the performance evaluation index system for poverty alleviation,using principal component analysis on the overall situation of China’s 592 poverty-stricken principal component extraction,it is concluded that the overall performance score for poverty alleviation.Finally based on the previous analysis,put forward to increase human capital investment,accelerate the construction of infrastructure and basic services,reasonable Suggestions such as to improve the service efficiency of funds for poverty alleviation.
