Civil aviation is a technology,capital and labor intensive industry,airlines,in addition to funding and technology,the rapid development of the most important thing is all kinds of professional and technical personnel.With the loss of the airline industry barriers to entry,industry increasingly fierce competition,the three major state-owned airlines group,a group of local aviation enterprise and the rise of a large number of private aviation enterprises set up continuously.At the same time of all kinds of aviation professional and technical personnel for the war has quietly started,such as the pilot's collective job-hopping,the frequent flow of flight attendants and a line of maintenance,dispatch personnel to a large number of departure,as a result,aviation enterprise staff training task is increasingly serious and complicated.H Airlines was founded in Hainan.From 2000,H Airlines grasps the China civil aviation reform opportunities,mergers and acquisitions Xinhua Airlines,Shanxi airlines,Changan airlines and other aviation enterprises to achieve leapfrog development,has become one of the four major aviation enterprises in China.Because H airlines high-speed development,produced some inherent problems,staff's quality,ability not keep up with the pace of the development company,the main reason is the staff training system failed to meet the needs of the company's rapid development,but also to the development strategy of the company a constraint.Based on H airlines staff training system as the research object,combined with today's domestic and foreign advanced training concepts and training theory,the integrated use of questionnaire investigation,telephone and face-to-face interviews on H airlines staff training present situation investigation and study,has carried on the comprehensive system analysis to determine the air H staff training system in the existing problems and causes of the problem,then put forward a series of staff training system optimization scheme.Finally on the basis of the actual situation of H air current,the implementation of the optimization scheme for the implementation of staff training system,build the three safeguard measures.
