The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(hereinafter referred to as the "Law of the People 's Republic of China")is the way to solve the problem of land fragmentation,land abandonment,agricultural safety,food security,agricultural industrialization and farmers' Income and other issues an important way,but also the important purpose of this study.The main contents of this paper are divided into theoretical research and empirical research,theoretical research,from the perspective of external profit potential opportunities,external profitability,analysis of land transfer on the impact of changes in agricultural management,from the benefit of the main distribution of income satisfaction This paper analyzes the willingness of farmers to participate in the transformation of agricultural management mode,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of land transfer to promote the transformation of agricultural management mode.In the empirical research,through the specific case of Sichuan Province Jinhui agricultural land professional cooperatives(professional large + cooperatives + farmers business model),Sichuan Province,An Yue Bao Sen agriculture and forestry professional cooperatives,Chengdu Nongxin farming professional cooperatives(leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers operating Model),the case analysis of farmers to participate in the transformation of agricultural management mechanism,the study found that farmers or professional large to join the cooperatives,agricultural production and sales have improved,can benefit from the development of cooperatives,encourage farmers to participate in agricultural management changes The Through the selection of relevant indicators,the establishment of multiple linear regression model,the use of stata software empirical analysis of land transfer to promote the transformation of agricultural management mechanism,as well as farmers to change the performance of agricultural management.On the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,the regression results are as follows:(1)The operating costs of farmers are positively correlated with the income level of farmer's agricultural management at 1%;(2)The farmer's management area and farmer's agricultural management(3)There was a significant positive correlation between the farmer's transformation of agricultural management mode and the income level of farmer's agricultural management at 5% confidence level.From the perspective of household income,farmers' transformation of agricultural management The way the dynamic mechanism is significant.In the performance of farmer's transformation of agricultural management mode,after the farmers join the cooperatives,the yield,quality,price and sales income of the agricultural products have been improved,which indicated that the farmers 'participation in the agricultural management mode was changed,and the farmers' professional cooperatives were increased.of.Finally,based on the theory,case and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions to encourage farmers to participate in the transformation of agricultural management mode.
