Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and rural land is the most important means of production in agricultural production. In the initial period of reform and opening up,the household contract responsibility system for the joint production has liberated agricultural productivity, the level of agricultural development has been greatly improved, and the rural economy has achieved rapid growth. With the advancement of urbanization and the acceleration of industrialization, the level of modernization of agricultural production has also been continuously improved. However, the mode of decentralized management of rural land and the idleness of agricultural land resources have led to a low level of agricultural production efficiency, which has affected the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers' income levels, and has constrained the pace of agricultural modernization.Rural land transfer,as a major innovation in China's rural land system, has important implications for promoting agricultural economic growth and is conducive to the realization of modern agricultural production. As an agricultural province,Anhui Province has made significant contributions to national food security, but the benefits of comprehensive agricultural production are low. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the effects of agricultural land circulation in Anhui Province on agricultural economic growth. This paper analyzes the problems of rural land circulation performance and its impact on agricultural economic growth in Anhui Province.First,it describes the research background and the significance of the research. It reviews the relevant literature on land circulation and agricultural economic growth both at home and abroad.Second,it has constructed a study.Based on the theoretical basis, this paper analyzes the mechanism of land circulation to promote agricultural economic growth.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of rural land circulation in Anhui Province and summarizes the characteristics and existing problems in the process of land circulation. From then on,based on related theories and literature Based on the foundation,an evaluation index system for rural land circulation performance was constructed, and rural land circulation performance in Anhui Province was evaluated using entropy method and comprehensive index method, and the impact of rural land circulation performance on agricultural economic growth was empirically analyzed. Finally, based on empirical analysis In conclusion, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Rural land transfer area in Anhui Province has been increasing year by year, and the mode of circulation tends to be diversified;(2)The level of land circulation performance has increased year by year, but the overall level is still low;(3)Rural areas in Anhui Province There are differences in land transfer performance, but the trend is gradually weakening;(4)Land circulation performance is the main factor that promotes the agricultural economic growth of Anhui Province;(5)The excessive input of agricultural labor force has a negative impact on agricultural economic growth, and the sown area of agriculture,The level of agricultural mechanization, the level of urbanization and the use of chemical fertilizers have a positive impact on the development of agricultural economy. On the basis of the above research conclusions, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, which mainly include: further encouraging farmers to participate in land transfer;broadening the channels for peasants to transfer to cities;advancing the process of land circulation in line with local conditions;establishing and improving rural land transfer platforms;improving the rural social security system;Improve agricultural anti-risk capabilities.
