The Performance Eveluation And Optimization Study Of The Cultivated Land Circulation Mode In Leiyang

This article selects the leiyang as study area,in the base of literature reading,data collection,and a great deal of questionnaire survey,there are four main cultivated land circulation mode according to the differences of operating mechanism.Builted a set of scientific and rational evaluation index system of cultivated land circulation mode from three aspects which are economic,social and ecological.Analyzed and compared the performance of four main cultivated land circulation mode objectively by establishing a suitable evaluation model.Referring to the experience of typical modes in China,tried to discuss how to improve the four mian modes according to the characteristics and disadvantages of them.The main contents are as follows:(1)Distributed and recycled 394 questionnaires which including 313 questionnaires by one party who outflowed cultivated land and 81 questionnaires by another party who inflowed cultivated land through field research.Analysised actuality of cultivated land circulation in leiyang through the results of 384 questionnaires and the relevant statistics which collected from the relevant gorverment departments.(2)According to the characteristics of cultivated land circulation,there are four main cultivated land circulation mode in leiyang including large scale grain production household mode,professional cooperative mode,company + village committee + farmer mode,Entire system division mode.Compared and analyzed the characteristics and formation mechanism of the four main modes,the first two are more mature and stable,the latter two are emerging but potential.(3)Builted a set of scientific and rational evaluation index system which including 9 indexes from 3 aspects,the AHP method is used for index weighting,to evaluate the economic,social,ecological and comprehensive performance of the four main cultivated land circulation in leiyang,and compared the single and comprehensive evaluation results.(4)In the light of the characteristics and disadvantages of the four main modes,puts forward several Suggestions on optimization of leiyang cultivated land circulation mode combining the experience of Chinese typical farmland circulation mode...
