Under the traditional delivery mode of construction industry,the project participants have mutual independence with the lack of communication and asymmetric and highlevel fragmented information exchange,thus leading to frequent problems of design changes,time delay,increased costs and low construction efficiency.The focus of research in today's construction industry is how to get project participantsinto integration,to reduce errors and cost and to improve efficiency so as to establish a highly integrated project team under the premise of ensuring the engineering quality.The emergence of the IPD model can reduce the occurrence of these problemsto a large extent as well as reverse the current situation.However,due to the shackles of traditional mode,the process of IPD mode in our country is very slow,which seriously hindered the improvement of China's construction project performance level and the development construction field.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the key influencing factors of IPD model team effectiveness and its influence path,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the rapid promotion of IPD model in China.This paper carries on systematic analysis of the influencing factors of the IPD project,and uses entropy method and “two eight theory” to select the key influencing factors of IPD project team effectiveness.Secondly,according to the theory of team effectiveness,this paper analyzes the relevant literature and determines to adopt the two dimensions of task performance and contextual performance in order to construct the evaluation index system of team effectiveness.Then,it puts forward the relevant hypothesis and sets up a hypothesis model of influencing factors of IPD project team effectiveness.And it discusses the mechanism of action with IPD project team effectiveness as well as the adjustment function of trust from three aspects of project participants,team information sharing and team interests distribution.Finally,through the questionnaire survey,it obtains the sample data of empirical research and uses the structural equation model to verify the hypothesis model.The results show that the project participants,team information sharing and team interest distribution have a significant positive impact on IPD project team effectiveness,among which the project participant has the most significant impact on IPD project team effectiveness,and the team interests distribution has unconspicuous impact on IPD project team effectiveness,mainly concerning the characteristics of IPD project.In addition,the influence of project participants and team information sharing on IPD team project team effectiveness is moderated by the trust.But for team interests distribution,the trust can not play a adjustment role mainly because the development of IPD model is not mature andeach party pursues personal interest maximization in the actual process.Thus,the paper puts forward some effective management measures on the key influencing factors and provides scientific and practicalcountermeasures and suggestionsfor the performance improvement of IPD project team,so as to accelerate the promotionand implementation of IPD model in construction industry in China and provide some references for the transformation of construction industry.
