The Relationship Of Internal Social Capital,Information Sharing And Project Success In The Building Energy Efficiency Services Project

Under the background of energy conservation and environmental protection,carrying out the buliding energy efficiency services project has become one of the best ways to promote the buliding energy efficiency.However,the effect of the implementation of buliding energy efficiency services project is not optimistic.Thus,the project success of buliding energy efficiency services is a topic of worthy of attention.According to the theory of social capital,internal social capital among the project can promote the achieve of the project success,and information sharing plays an important role in this process.Based on this,this paper will discusses the relationship of internal social capital,information sharing and project success in the building energy efficiency services project.This paper firstly,based on the existing research,defines the concept of internal social capital,information sharing and project success in building energy efficiency service project,thus to clear the scope of this study;and combined with the characteristics of building energy saving service project,this paper construct the relational model of internal social capital,information sharing and project success in building energy efficiency service project.Secondly,according to the data obtained from the survey,the empirical analysis is carried out to test the hypothesis,the results show that: all the dimensions of internal social capital of building energy efficiency service have a significant positive impact on information sharing;information sharing plays an partially intermediary role in the impact of the overall variables of internal social capital in building energy efficiency service project on the project success;thestructure dimension of internal social capital in building energy efficiency service project has indirect influence on the success of the project through information sharing;information sharing plays an partially intermediary role in the impact of the relation dimension of internal social capital in building energy efficiency service project on the project success;information sharing plays an completely intermediary role in the impact of the cognitive dimension of internal social capital in building energy efficiency service project on the project success.Finally,based on the conclusions of the paper,some practical suggestions are put forward for the management practice of building energy saving service project.This paper not only reveals the inherent mechanism of the effect of internal social capital on building energy service project success,but also provides a theoretical basis for management of building energy saving project,thus lead to promote the building energy saving project success.
