In the face of rapid development of technology, rising customer demand and increasingly fiere competition, operation based business mode is difficult to adapt to such a complex field. Enterprises have to continue raising their core competencies. Compared with operation, project can drive enterprise's core abilities. Based on the above, this paper redefines project-driven enterprise, which includes not only traditional project management industry such as construction, aircraft manufacturing and shipbuilding, but also IT, consulting, pharmaceutical industry and many other emerging industries.Core Competence's nature is knowledge, and knowledge in project is more dynamic and creative. So enterprise needs to enhance mining staff's knowledge to improve core competencies. With core competencies upgrading through projects, enterprise needs to develop staff's intlligence, to achieveknowledge sharing.Internal social capital plays a positive role to knowledge sharing, which can be proven by the correspondence between the factor of knowledge sharing and social capital, the relationship between corporate social capital and technology innovation and enterprise advantage, and the research findings in knowledge network analysis.Based on the literature review of corporate social capital and knowledge sharing, this paper proposes two forms of knowledge sharing within project-driven enterprise: knwoledge sharing within project and knowledge sharing among projects. Then the relationship between knowledge sharing and corporate's internal social capital is analyzed from stuctural dimension, relational dimension and cognitive dimension of social capital.Meanwhile, using empirical research methods, this paper proposes conceptual model and theoretical assumptions of relaitonship between internal social capital and knowledge sharing, designs the questionnaire and goes to related enterprises for investigation, does factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to the returened questionnaires by the use of SPSS 11.5, tests the assumptions and discusses the results, and finally, against theoretical research and empirical results, makes recommendations from organization, system and culture, which are corresponding to the dimensions of structure, relation, and cognition of social capital.
