| With the rapid development of China’s industrial transformation and the new industrial revolution, the original extensive,high energy consumption production and life model will be replace by intensive,energy saving and environmentally production and life model.Energy saving concept is also increasingly popular in the society.Chemical industry is one of the eight key industries of enegry consumption in China.Ammonia synthesis industry is one key of the five major energy consuming industry.Now ammonia synthesis industry mainly produces high energy consumption,high pollutant emission are common.This situation has a huge gap between the powerful ammonia synthesis industry in the world. With the increasingly fierce international competition,the effective energy-saving management is the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.QX ammonia synthetic project is a key chemical project in Shanxi Province.Because it is not the new plant commissioning, QX company at the beginning of the design by improving the design in terms of technology and provide various possibilities for energy conservation, evaluation and analysis to the greatest extent possible to improve energy management level of energy management of QX company, can also be used as examples to provide reference for related energy management coal chemical enterprises.In this paper, the literature review, chart analysis and empirical analysis,quantitative analysis research methods, a comprehensive analysis of energy-saving management theory. According to the actual situation of the QX project, the production equipment of the production process, the energy saving management theory, and auxiliary production facilities, public works and other aspects of the comprehensive calculation and analysis, and find out the technical management, equipment management and personnel management’s drawbacks and shortcomings in management. Finally, through the study of the drawbacks and problems, and then put forward the methods and strategies to solve the problem, and comprehensively improve the level of energy management in enterprises.
