Along with the continuous heating-up of global economic development and trading liberalization, more and more foreign-owned enterprises have built branches in China. Their competitive compensation, employee benefits, open corporate culture, humane management, rich training and career opportunities have been attracting many talented people to join. However, with the newness wearing off during recent years, the motivation management problems are gradually exposed in some foreign companies. Due to the complexity of leveraging the cultural and linguistic differences, the transnational management of these companies is leading to a failure of the existing motivation mechanisms, and ultimately the formation of the brain drain.The competition between enterprise is largely the talent competition. The key factor of attracting and retaining talents is the motivation management mechanisms. Effective motivation mechanisms greatly enable employees to obtain job satisfaction and personal accomplishment feelings and raise enthusiasm to result in more work involvement, sequentially enhancing the key competitiveness of the enterprise. Conversely, improper motivations will result in employees losing organization identity and changing jobs frequently, which will significantly increase the human resource management cost and hence severely affect the corporate development.By illustrating three cases on employee motivation of F Company, this paper provides convincible analysis in various perspectives of general compensation motivation theory, external and internal salary equity and career development based on the employee job satisfaction survey, environment factors and traits of the company itself, in order to deeply dig root causes of how the motivation problems happened, additionally provide us respective solutions on different causes accordingly which could effectively resolve and improve the situations of motivation management situations for technicians of F Company, hence restraining the talent flowing and eventually reaching to a win-win for both enterprise and employees.
