With the rapid development of science and economy and the continuous development of economy,talents are the driving force for economic development.Talents as the main body to promote technological progress,especially technical talents,have become an important pillar of national competitiveness in science and technology.In China,with the increasingly developed social economy,the intelligent limited company has been developing continuously,and the scientific and technological talents have become the backbone.After investigation,many developed countries attach great importance to the cultivation of scientific and technological talents.Talent is the core strength of a company,and it is also a guarantee of a country's prosperity.Therefore,the company's talent is very important,but the cultivation of talents is the fundamental of a company based on the market does not fall,it is a company with the development of society will not be eliminated by policy,so this paper takes Nanjing CRJ as a case study,on the technology intelligence limited talent training mode analysis.According to the investigation of Nanjing CRJ intelligent limited company,the current training mode has some drawbacks,so according to the reasons of the problems with the model to draw up specific measures for intelligent company personnel training,such as the cooperation of the personnel training mode,training mode as the core talent incentive theory,analysis model the status quo of domestic and foreign talent cultivation,draw some inspiration and reference.This paper first defines the background of the study and the background of the company,and makes a certain analysis of the background.In the end,we put forward the basic status of the human capital of the company's technical talents,and analyze the industrial link of the company and the important role and position of the technical talents.A case analysis of Nanjing CRJ company based on intelligent inquiry,find out the evaluation index system of science and technology personnel,refine the troubles in the training of technical personnel,according to the dilemma summed up intelligence limited key personnel training mode of the innovative mode of thinking,subjective thinking mode,technology innovation and technology talents of innovation.According to the problem and the present situation,as wellas the analysis of the case,the scientific suggestion is put forward,and the training mode of the intelligent limited company is summarized and explored.Through the establishment of a comprehensive and innovative technology talents as the core index,explored according to the specific problems,put forward measures of training technical personnel from the corresponding intelligent Co.,increase efficiency and strategy of training technical personnel for the smart limited company of China,Ltd.is China's intelligent transportation market compound talents.Conducive to the development of our economy,are forever in the domestic market.
