A Case Study: Ibms Project Management Of R Company

In recent years, China's economy is developing rapidly, people's living conditions are constantly improving, network, intelligence and other words has gained recognition, intelligent people for the increasingly high demand, there was no doubt intelligent buildings community widespread concern and favor, at the same time, more intelligent, more humane way of construction is an inevitable trend in the future building.In this article, a case study of R Company Intelligent Building System(IBMS) project development is carried out. The project management, conflict management and enterprise learning ability management are analyzed in detail. The IBMS development team in the whole project development process There are three main problems: the progress of the project is too slow, and the contradictions and conflicts between the superior and the level of team R & D technology is in urgent need of change, and in accordance with the relevant theoretical guidance to propose practical and feasible solutions.In this thesis studies the form, using the paper form of case studies.In the main body of the case, the article describes the three main problems faced by the R & D team of IBMS in their work.In the case analysis section, the three main problems mentioned above will be analyzed and summarized in detail, and the current situation of the IBMS development team will be decomposed and analyzed by using the theory and knowledge of management and the corresponding conclusions will be drawn.Finally, in the part of the solution, this paper puts forward the rationalization proposal and concrete implementation plan from the project progress management level, the conflict management level and the enterprise learning ability level. The ultimate goal is to make the R & D IBMS development team to solve the existing problems to the maximum extent. Also hope that this case can be the same problem with the R companies to provide a certain degree of reference value.
