Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Research Of Energy Consumption Of Industrial Enterprises In Liaoyang

Energy is an important strategic resource for national economy and social development,the prerequisite and basis for the realization of sustainable economic development,determining the scale and speed of economic growth. At the same time,The intensity of energy consumption is also closely related to the process of industrialization.With the growth of the economy, the energy consumption in the early and middle stage of industrialization generally shows a slowly rising trend,When there is a significant change in economic growth patterns, energy consumption intensity begin to decline.Liaoyang realized the obligatory targets for energy conservation and emissions reduction during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period smoothly,In order to improve the energy efficiency,implement low carbon consumption, promote sustainable development of the enterprises in Liaoyang during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, this paper takes industrial enterprises above designated size in Liaoyang as examples, choosing the range from 2011 to 2015 of the 12 th Five-Year Plan as the sample, measuring the energy consumption of industrial enterprises above designated size in Liaoyang in the context of overall component industry and energy-intensive industry and so on, focusing on the quantitative analysis of the energy consumption situation of the final three years of 12 th Five-Year Plan period(The third economic census revised the data after 2013,making the analyses more objective),depicting the energy consumption change of the industrial enterprises above designated size,pointing out that the main way to reduce energy consumption in Liaoyang is to adjust the structure of the secondary industry,and it is not obvious to save energy through scientific and technological progress.Therefore, further adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure, eliminating backward production capacity, improving energy efficiency should be the focus of future energy-saving work.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the experience of energy conservation and emissions reduction during the 12 th Five-Year Plan in Liaoyang, in the face of the complicated and diversified economic situation at home and abroad, proposing countermeasures and suggestions of exploitation and utilization of energy conservation in Liaoyang during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period. Firstly, we should speed up the transformation and upgrading, building a modern industrial development system;Secondly, We should optimize the energy consumption structure to achieve green development. From these two aspects,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of energy saving, development and utilization in Liaoyang.
