| As the global industrial structure has transformed from the industrial economy to service economy,the development level of service industry in a country or region has become the important indicator to measure the regional economic development strength and the comprehensive competitiveness.Especially,under the environment of Internet economy,sharing economy,science and technology innovation,modern service industry is supported by knowledge,information,science and technology.Transforming the traditional industry with modern technology and innovating and upgrading the new formats are key ways to transform the mode of urban economic development and to improve basic functions of the city.In recent years,studies on the agglomeration phenomenon of service industry increases gradually,but the domestic researches mainly stay at macro level such as provincial,first-tier cities and provincial capitals and there is less research on micro level in neighborhood scale.Along with the construction of a large number of urban CBD areas,due to the lack of space layout of modern service industry and comprehensive and objective analysis of market environment,some parts have not achieved good results.As the new financial center and administrative center of Nanchang,Honggutan district has an urgent need to build modern service industry agglomeration area,but Honggutan district was founded in a relatively short time and modern service industry started late,owned low level and lacked of linkage between industries.Thus,from the perspective of neighborhood scale,this paper analyzes the current development situation,spatial agglomeration characteristics and spatial evolution law of modern service industry in Honggutan district and puts forward suggestions on optimizing space layout and the development of modern service industry.The idea can not only offer reference for related planning theory and methods of modern service industry agglomeration in urban CBD areas,at the same time also can realize the innovation of the modern service industry research methods in neighborhood scale by GIS software.On the basis of the above analysis,this article,in theoretical research: explores the influence factors of modern service industry agglomeration and at the same time,summarizes the cases experience of developing modern service industry cluster in New York,Tokyo and Shenzhen.In the empirical analysis: it collects the information ofservice enterprises via statistical yearbook,industrial and commercial tax data,illustrates the current situation and expounds the problems existing in the development from the macro level on the basis of chart analysis;by collecting enterprise organization code,the geographic coordinate system of the enterprise is determined through picking up coordinate system by map,as a result,selecting seven characteristic modern service industries Honggutan district.Using GIS software,from microscopic perspective,this chapter also analyzes the spatial agglomeration of leading modern service industry in Honggutan district.Firstly,Moran's I index is used to measure spatial agglomeration.Secondly,circle analysis and hotpot analysis are used to explore the current situation of modern service industry spatial agglomeration in Honggutan district.Finally kernel density analysis is used to explore the spatial evolution law of service industry in recent years.The study finds that modern service industry mainly gathered in the center business district(CBD)and roughly the overall spatial pattern is a main center with many minor center,which spreads from the core to the edge.Spatial development appears to be flatten and network and the distribution of industry enterprises have strong spatial correlation and the heterogeneity of the industry.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward space optimization and policy recommendations,such as building a professional modern service industry agglomeration area in Honggutan district,promoting the balanced development of the modern service industry in the four major space. |
