In recent years,climate warming caused by CO2-based greenhouse gas emissions has received widespread attention worldwide.Through energy conservation and emission reduction to achieve low-carbon sustainable development has become the inevitable choice that the world is facing.As a traditional agricultural country,on the one hand the impacts of climate change on agricultural production and food security is large,on the other hand,along with a large number of direct and indirect carbon emissions,the agricultural production process will further have an impact on climate change.Therefore,how to reduce the CO2 emission in agricultural production and promote the coordinated development of agricultural economy and environmental protection has become an urgent problem to be solved.For the above reason,this paper make a systematic study on the total energy efficiency of agriculture under the constraint of carbon emission in China under the background of global climate change.Specifically:?1?the paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in China.?2?Accounts such important indicators as agricultural energy investment,capital stock in different provinces and using the direction distance function of SBM to measure the total energy efficiency of agriculture under the constraint of carbon emission from 2000 to 2014.?3?Based on the panel Tobit model,this paper analyzes the whole country and the eastern,middle and western regions' influencing factors of energy efficiency of agriculture under the constraint of carbon emission.?4?Then analyzes the whole country and the eastern,middle and western regions' convergence of the energy efficiency of agriculture under the constraint of carbon emission.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the energy efficiency of agriculture under the constraint of carbon emission,so as to reduce the agricultural energy consumption and carbon emission,providing theoretical reference for the planning of energy conservation and emission reduction.
