A Comparative Research On Crowdfunding Model

As an important development model of modern Internet finance,crowdfunding has been developing rapidly in Britain,the United States and other developed countries.Crowdfunding started late in China,however,under the condition of the new normal and financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises,it has received heated debate and gained in popularity from many aspects.As a new mode of investment and financing,it is of great practical significance to refine the investment structure of Chinese capital market and promote Chinese economic development.On the one hand,the continuous development of crowdfunding is conducive to enrich the investment channels of Chinese capital market,provide guidance for the standardized development of private capital and promote the establishment and improvement of Chinese multi-level capital market structure.On the other hand,the introduction of crowd-funding is helpful to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises,encourage and stimulate financial innovation,promote employment,and in order to achieve the situation of “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.At present,the research of crowdfunding are limited in the following aspects: the concept of crowdfunding,the definition of its connotation and extension and the subject of participation.However,there are relatively few studies on the grasp and differentiation of various models,the analysis of risk and the construction of supervision system.This paper,on the basis of introducing the concept definition,development foundation and the current situation of foreign and domestic,focus on crowdfunding,put emphasizes on analyzing the application scope,risk and supervision focus of different crowd-funding models,in order to establish a comprehensive risk control system and a complete regulatory system and consequently provide reference for financial investors and investors choosing appropriate model in investment and financing,improve the efficiency and success rate of investment and financing.
