2014,the state and autonomous regions have introduced a series of preferential policies to encourage Xinjiang to actively develop the textile industry and textile and garment industry,to undertake the transfer of the eastern textile industry to the west,so as to promote economic development and solve population and employment issues.Therefore,under the background of the construction of Silk Road Economic Zone,it is very important to promote the rapid development of Xinjiang textile industry and enhance the competitiveness of Xinjiang's textile industry,which plays an important role in Xinjiang's economic development and social stability.This paper firstly analyze the definition of textile industry competitiveness and its related theories in a comprehensive way.Then reviewed the development of Xinjiang's textile industry,and the development of Xinjiang's textile industry and the main problems in its development are expounded in detail.Based on the four-in-one framework of competitiveness analysis of textile industry,the evaluation index system of Xinjiang textile industry competitiveness under the background of Silk Road Economic Belt was constructed.The improved Mutation Series Method and TOPSIS Model were used to evaluate their competitiveness and competitiveness And then use the quadratic smoothing method to forecast the competitiveness of Xinjiang's textile industry in short-term.Then,based on the view of industry chain,this paper constructs the competitiveness analysis framework of the whole industry chain,and compares Xinjiang and China's textile industry The paper analyzes the differences between Xinjiang and other provinces and regions from the various links of the industry chain.Finally,it analyzes the factors that affect the competitiveness of Xinjiang's textile industry according to the characteristics of Xinjiang's own textile industry and puts forward a series of measures to promote Xinjiang Suggestions on the Competitiveness of Textile Industry.Through the research,this paper get the following conclusions: firstly,from the year 2006 to 2015,with the steady growth of the basic competitiveness,core competitiveness,potential competitiveness and environmental competitiveness,the competitiveness level of Xinjiang's textile industrial remains relatively stable around 0.9.In the meanwhile,there has been a continuous rise in the competition efficiency of the textile industry in Xinjiang.Prediction based on the exponential smoothing shows that Xinjiang's textile industry competitiveness level will slowly grow during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.Secondly,there is small change to the competitiveness of the textile industry at the aspect of the supply of raw materials,product sales and brand operation,but a fairly gradient gap does exist in these major provinces.The competitiveness of processing and manufacturing is significantly improved and there are small provincial differences.The studies in a time sequence show that there has been a increase in the comprehensive competitiveness which varies between provinces,but the rankings are basically fixed.The textile industry competitiveness of the eastern coastal provinces is generally strong,while that of the central provinces and Xinjiang region is relatively inferior.Thirdly,the key factors influencing the competitiveness of Xinjiang textile industry can be analyzed through the analytic hierarchy process,and it included the number of people engaged in science and technology activities,the number of new product development projects,the market share of products and the investment in fixed assets.The important factors are related to almost all aspects of the smooth operation of Xinjiang textile industry,such as textile material resources,Research and experimental development funds,textile enterprises operating conditions. |
