The enterprise culture is the concept of culture which extends into the special fieled of enterprises.It is progressively evolved in the coerse of development of an enterprise.It is the idea of value and code of conduct that are universally accepted by the members of the enterprise.It has strongly unique nature and it is the group consciousness on which the enterprise lies.It can also bring about worth and competence to the enterprise.As the process of the world econormy is speeding up,if an enterprise wants to exist in the market competition,it must build up its competitive strength and the core.Being valuable and invisible assets,the enterprise culture can join the staff and worker?s pool efferts together and arouse their team fighting spirit.It is the important sourse of getting success in developing the enterprise.Along with the growth of an enterprise,the enterprise culture,which once brought about much managing benifit to it,can gradually become insert and resistant,so that it will be difficult to be changed.After the enterprise culture system has become ripe,its marginal utility gradually comes down.That is called the enterprise culture rigiclity.But the reason of its formation and mechanism of its action is a complicates monlinear process of evolution.According to observation,the staff and workers in a enterprise which has the culture rigidity characteristics usually continuously renew their working methods and idea of value so as to form a latent code.By means of observing the G company,this paper is to analyse deeply the reason leading to enterprise culture rigidity and the mechanism of its acting we will aim at further studying the latent code of conduct among the staff and workers in the enterprise.Also,by analyzing from various angles the theory of management and the theory of functionism of social science,we will expound the relation between the latent code of conduct(namely enterprise latent culture)and the current culture.And we will further analyse how it affects the enterprise culture rigidity.Doing this,we mean to bring forth the new concept of enterprise latent culture and noticeable culture.We think the enterprise culture rigidity can be overcome by turning the latent culture into noticeable culture.Basing on this,we hope to offer the G company the suggestion to improve it enterprise culture.
