Study On The Evaluation And Strategies Of The Competitiveness Of Industrial Clusters In Shaanxi Province

The industrial competitive advantage of industrial cluster evaluation in Shaanxi province can not only quantify the advantages of industrial clusters,the comparison provides inter cluster development level evaluation and scientific basis,but also for the government departments to develop industrial cluster planning and policies to guide and promote the healthy development of industrial clusters to provide theoretical support and reference,is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of regional economic development in Shaanxi province.The theory and methods of the evolution of economics,regional economics,economic geography and other related disciplines based on mathematical economics,through the analysis of the country in recent years,Shaanxi Province industrial development advantages of industrial clusters and the development status of the relevant policies and regulations,in Shaanxi Province,the industrial advantage of industry cluster as the research object,analyzes the factors affecting the competitiveness of its development,construction of evaluation the index system of industrial competitiveness of industrial clusters,and combined with the comprehensive evaluation of "AHP-GRA-TOPSIS" method to construct the comprehensive evaluation model.Firstly,on the basis of background to cultivate the advantage of industrial cluster current state,with the domestic and foreign industrial cluster core theory of industrial clusters in Shaanxi province actual situation analysis,the use of "entropy" and "EG index" by combining the quantitative method to filter out industrial advantages of industrial clusters.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the industrial advantages of industrial clusters selected advantage,influencing factors from 4 aspects system advantages,economic benefits,industry performance and sustainable development analysis of Shaanxi Province industrial advantages of industrial competitiveness,so as to lay a foundation for the construction of evaluation index system.Third,the principle of constructing the evaluation index system is discussed,and the cluster competitiveness is divided into 11 measurable sub indexes under the guidance of the principle.Fourth,based on the analysis of multi index comprehensive evaluation method on the selection of the analytic hierarchy process,grey correlation analysis and the ideal solution,comprehensive evaluation method are combined,effective to achieve a combination of qualitative and quantitative,to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of Shaanxi Province in 2015,competitive industrial clusters as an example to make objective analysis.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the path to realize the development of the competitive advantage of industrial clusters in Shaanxi province.
