The traditional liquid packaging equipment manufacturing enterprises are mainly product-oriented,product quality,performance and price as the center to determine their own business strategy.However,with the continuous development of the industry and the changing consciousness of customers,the current liquid packaging industry is no longer just pre-sale competition,more diversified development centered around user experience,after-sales service and upgrade and other after-sales service as the core.A company as the industry's leading manufacturing level of enterprises,but also faced with the need to enhance their level of after-sales service management to meet the new era of market developme nt requirements.In this paper,the company's linear business model and strategy analysis,focusing on the current marketing process in the company's problems,so as to propose a series of targeted to improve the company's current strategy of after-sales service specific countermeasures.First,according to the WBS decomposition,the company's after-sales service process optimization task decomposition,the total task is divided into several non-overlapping and completely cover the sub-tasks;through the company after-sales management process of the main stakeholders interviews,And issue questionnaires to summarize the main problems in the current process,and then use the ESIA process on the overall optimization of the problem.Through the optimization method of A company's after-sales service management process and the actual operation of Company A,this paper puts forward the concrete method of information automation construction of company's after-sales service platform.ESIA theory is used to design a d atabase that reflects user feedback and user personal information,and is shared with the company through an automated data management platform.By using the method of BP neural network,the dynamic forecasting method of the optimal spare parts quantity is established,and the scientific management of inventory is carried out.Because the ESIA method used in this paper is a dynamic iterative process,each iteration is based on the previous process management optimization to adapt to the new management needs and further optimization process.Therefore,the iterative process can continue to optimize the management process to adapt to new needs,for the company's development has played a guiding significance of the forward-looking.
