Risk Management Study On NEW45 Overseas Investment By Private Enterprises Of ZY Company

Private enterprises,as the most active part in China's various economic sectors,have made prominent progress in contribution to the GDP,job creation and technological innovation.Economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO increasingly facilitate the “Going Out” strategy of private enterprises.The system and mechanism advantages and the development momentum of private enterprises also predict that private enterprises will take up the major share in overseas investment.but in recent years Chinese enterprises overseas investment risk is bigger,mainly is the lack of relevant experience in overseas investment,more important is the lack of the consciousness of risk management and measures.This topic research purpose is to research on overseas investment by ZY Company to carry out risk management,with ZY company NEW45 overseas investment of project as an example,based on ZY comprehensive risk theory,through the risk identification,risk assessment,risk prevention and control of key links such as research,so as to build up risk management system for ZY Company,to further reduce the risk of overseas investment of ZY company.In this paper,the main work is through the "case,theory,analysis of" the trinity,a comprehensive analysis from "risk identification,risk assessment,risk prevention" three links for this paper.First by using the method of focus interview and questionnaire investment risk factors,so as to set up ZY table company overseas investment risk factors,analyzing the current potential of 28 kinds of main risk factors.Next on the basis of defining the risk factors for complete system,based on the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the index evaluation system for overseas investment risk ZY company,the main risk factors of overseas investment by ZY company to make risk assessment;To calculate the probability of the project investment risk,ZY company and further define the risk factors of the need to focus on prevention of political risk,labor risk.Finally in risk prevention,through two levels to build ZY company NEW45 overseas investment risk prevention system: the first how to construct the risk management responsibility system.Next around the key risk insurance make corresponding plans,mainly around the outside of ZY company of politics,the major risk factors such as the service investment environment,formulate the corresponding risk plan.
