Compensation management system,the most effective incentive to protect and enhance employee enthusiasm,is an indispensable part in modern enterprise management system.The most important task of Aisino corporation which is currently in a critical transition period for enterprise development,should seize the opportunity and develop rapidly.Compensation management of the corporation has to meet the requirements of enterprise development.Improvin g the level of remuneration management and establishing a sound company’s compensation management system is an important task faced with the corporation.By studying the development of status about compensation management system,various types of existing compensation management theories and compensation modes at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the compensation management system of Aisino corporation,and explores many problems which exist it,then deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems.Per capit a salary ranks after partial compensation,at lower levels,lacks of attractiveness on compensation industry.Main gap caused by performance appraisal,which is to determine the main basis of compensation.Middle compensation lacks of comprehensive measures including ability,job,and performance factors.Special assessment indicators developed freely.Combining with the company’s current situation and business strategy,conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems.The existing compensation management system will be optimized by measures.Firstly,based on current position and industry value distribution,the paper designs personalized salary table for AISINO corporate.Then designs the compensation structure,the choices of using salary job are performance wage system,salary system and wage agreement.And the compensation includes basic salary,performance pay and benefits.Finally,the paper controls and adjusts the compensation system to control during prior inand after things.Salary changes within the company and individual aspects and adjustment,according to changes in the external environment changes.And developing four measures: improving the relevant system,improving the channel system and career development,creating distinctive e nterprise culture,and equalling emphasis on spiritual and material incentives reward to safeguard the overall compensation system implementation effect.And this paper seeks the successful conditions and factors to carry on this system,stimulating employ ee enthusiasm,improving employee satisfaction,and create a favorable environment for nurturing talent at the most.Through the improved compensation management system,the corporation can retain professional and technical personnel and key personnel positions,further enhance the management level,improve the company’s core competitiveness and contribute to succeeding the company’s strategic goals.Finally,through accelerating the corporation’s strategic transformation and upgrading of the second venture,Aisino corporation can create a world-class IT companies.
