Performance appraisal is an important guarantee to realize the enterprise management goal,and is the necessary management behavior to realize enterprise continuance development.The way to establish a set of efficient performance appraisal system is the problem every enterprise must settle.Shengli Construction Supervision Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as: Victory Management Company)attaches much importance to performance appraisal,but with the enlargement of enterprise scale,the increase of the capacity supervision department,and the continuous extension of supervision personnel quantity,the existing performance appraisal system of the oil production capacity supervision department is unable to adapt to the needs of the enterprise,which has restricted the further development of the company and the market.Therefore,scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system of the oil production capacity supervision department is essential to meet the demand of actual situation and development of the company.In this paper,the performance appraisal system of the oil production capacity supervision department of the Victory Management Company is analyzed detailedly,and the following results are concluded:1.Based on the related literature and the in-depth investigation inner the company,the problem and defect of the performance appraisal system of the oil production capacity supervision department is analyzed,and the causation is found.2.The balanced scorecard(BSC)theory and hierarchical analysis method(AHP)are used to establish the performance appraisal system of the oil production capacity supervision department,in connection with the performance appraisal index system,standard system and weight system.3.Performance appraisal organizing and execution procedures and corresponding feedback security mechanism are also established to guarantee the favoring execution of the performance appraisal,and to perfect the established performance appraisal system.4.The practical application proves that,the established performance appraisal system can objectively and comprehensively demonstrate the actual situation of each department.The assessment results are widely recognized,and the staff's work enthusiasm is greatly improved,so as the outstanding achievement of the supervision department.Practice has proved that the established performance appraisal system is able to provide management safeguard to establish excellent oil production capacity supervision department,and will energize the company to achieve continued rapid growth,which is worth popularizing.
