Study On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Beautiful City Construction Of Qingdao City

“Beautiful country” was first mentioned in the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which was regarded as the grand target of future ecological progress.City is the main carrier of building a beautiful country.Its construction level will affect the realization of beauty China directly.As an open coastal city,vice provincial city and economic center city of Shandong,Qingdao is expected to be the example city of beautiful China,which has profound significance to build beautiful Shandong and beautiful China.According to the principle of establishing indicators,we establish the evaluation indicators of beautiful city which has 35 indicators and referring to five aspects such as environmental friendly,economic development,culture advocating,social harmonious and system support.The first and second level indicators are weighted subjectively with analytic hierarchy process.The third level indicator is weighted with the combination of AHP and multiple correlation coefficient.The evaluation model of beautiful city construction was built based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Qingdao and other provincial and sub provincial cities were evaluated.The result indicates that culture index and institutional index of Qingdao are lower than others,which ranks twenty-ninth and twenty-fifth respectively.The index of Environment and economic development,social harmony have advantages,which ranks third,seventh and eighth respectively.The beauty city index of Qingdao is 0.75 and it ranks seventh in 31 cities.Qingdao city beautiful city construction strategies are put forward according to the analysis results.It includes the promotion of the ecological environment construction and the environmental pollution prevention,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,energy conservation,cultural facilities construction and residential cultural consumption,and the construction of social employment and social security system to support people's livelihood and development.
