A Study About Chinese Manufacutured Goods' Exportation Competitiveness And Potential To Kazakhstan

trade partnerships with various economic organizations and countries around the world.But the five countries of Central Asia has been China's development of changeable or bilateral trade cooperation countries in Central Asia has also led to the world's economic power of great concern.The economic structure of China and the five countries of Central Asia has always been a strong complementarity: China has a comparative advantage in the field of industrial manufacturing,while Central Asia has a comparative advantage in the field of energy resources.In the new situation,the study of China and the five Central Asian countries,the export of manufactured goods,both with the inevitable and realistic development significance.In the five Central Asian countries,Kazakhstan is the largest economy,the best industrial development,trade and investment environment of the best countries,is to study China and Central Asia,five countries of industrial exports of typical representative countries.This paper focuses on the study of the export trade of manufactured goods in Kazakhstan.The introduction part mainly introduces the background and significanceof this study,and combs the relevant scholars' research literature on China's export trade of manufactured goods in Kazakhstan.The theory of international trade has qualitatively analyzed the comparative advantage of China's exports to Kazakhstan's manufactured goods,followed by a brief description of the contents and methods of this paper,and the innovation and shortcomings of this paper are also concise and concise.From the perspective of the whole,on the basis of introducing the status quo of China's exports of manufactured goods to Kazakhstan,the article has carried out research on the export trade of manufactured goods from Kazakhstan in three parts.The three major parts are: export trade structure,export competitiveness and export trade potential,the three major parts of the main answer to the following three questions: China's Kazakhstan industrial products export trade within the specific structure of what is the world What is the future of China's exports to Kazakhstan's industrial products compared to China's competitiveness with Kazakhstan's industrial products and the establishment of bilateral free trade zones in China and Kazakhstan?Finally,according to the three research perspectives of this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve China's export trade of manufactured goods.The results show that: First,China's exports to Kazakhstan's industrial products concentrated in the footwear,clothing and tourism and other labor-intensive industrial products,machinery and transport equipment exports to Kazakhstan has increased the scale.Although China's export trade structure for Kazakhstan's manufactured goods is being optimized,the value of high-value technology added to Kazakhstan is still less.China's exports to Kazakhstan's industrial products are mainly reflected in the general machinery manufacturing,electronics and communications equipment manufacturing and metal products industry.Second,the total share of China's manufactured goods in the Haji market is second only to the rest of the world's exports to Kazakhstan's manufactured goods.China's machinery and transportation equipment(SITC7)and miscellaneous products(SITC8),which represent high-labor intensive products,have grown in market share in Kazakhstan,ranking second in market share.Chemical raw materials and their products(SITC5)in Kazakhstan market share of the least,and the annual growth rate is slow;by raw materials of industrial products(SITC6)inKazakhstan's market share are unstable phenomenon.Through the RCA index analysis,China's industrial products in the Kazakh market has a strong competitive,machinery and transport equipment(SITC7)and miscellaneous goods(SITC8)class of industrial products,the most obvious competitive advantage,but China is still With a large number of low value-added industrial products in the Kazakh market has an absolute advantage,the overall competitiveness of the weak compared to other developed countries.Thirdly,before 2011,China's exports to Kazakhstan's manufactured goods are "potential to develop";in 2011(including 2011)after the "great potential."Through the analysis of the structure,competitiveness and potential of the export trade,it is necessary to enhance the export trade of China's industrial products from the government and the enterprises.At the government level,we should actively promote the negotiation and implementation of the Sino-Kazakhstan Free Trade Area,realize the strategic docking of the "Silk Road Economic Zone" and "Bright Avenue",speed up China's market-oriented reform and speed up the western China Regional industrial manufacturing industry transfer progress.At the enterprise level,we should fully grasp the policy guidance of the industrial manufacturing industry in China and Kazakhstan,increase the input and introduction of R & D investment in science and technology,strengthen the recruitment and management of talents of foreign trade enterprises,and actively utilize various platforms to expand the market of Kazakhstan.
