Research On The Relationship Between Labor Mobility And Industrial Structure Adjustment In Shenzhen

Shenzhen,after nearly 40 years of development,has been a modern metropolis from a small fishing village.With the rapid economic development,the population also growed explosively.The influx of migrant workers is the main form of population growth in Shenzhen,thus forming a unique development model in Shenzhen.The relationship between labor mobility and industrial structure adjustment in Shenzhen is the focus of this paper.This paper first describes the evolution trend of Shenzhen industrial structure and labor flow changes,and then analyzed the influence mechanism of labor flow between Shenzhen and the adjustment of industrial structure analysis based on the relevant theory and Shenzhen industrial restructuring process.The adjustment of industrial structure,including the rationalization of industrial structure and industrial structure.The industrial structure of Shenzhen has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and the industrial structure has evolved from traditional industry to modern industry.The adjustment of industrial structure attracted a large number of labor flowing into Shenzhen,also eliminated lots of low-grade laborer,the evolutionary process of industrial upgrading is also the advancement of labor;The influx of labor not only created the economic activity,speed up the adjustment of industrial structure,but also brought in the spirit of innovation and hard-working.Gray correlation analysed the relationship between industrial restructuring and labor mobility in Shenzhen,analysis showed the relationship between industrial structure and labor mobility,higher than the rationalization of industrial structure.In order to further explore the relationship and influence between Shenzhen industrial structure adjustment and labor mobility,The empirical analysis of Shenzhen uses statistical data of Shenzhen and Shenzhen fifth census data.Through the analysis of VAR model,there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between industrial structure adjustment and labor mobility in Shenzhen.In the long term,labor mobility and the adjustment of industrial structure in Shenzhen promote each other.The promotion of labor mobility on the rationalization of industrial structure in Shenzhen is stronger than that of industrial structure.Finally,according to the research on the relationship between labor mobility and industrial structure adjustment in Shenzhen,policy suggestions are puts forward: therelaxation of the household registration system,promote the population mobility;energetically attract high caliber personnel,reduce the barriers to entry.Increase in infrastructure and public service supply investment,reasonable planning the the layout of Shenzhen;strengthen the cooperation with the surrounding city,realize the coordinated development of regional economy.
