Research On Revenue-sharing Contracts In A Vertical R&D Alliance Based On Supply Chain Under Cap-Trade

Carbon emissions permit means it has the property of economic resources for cap and trade scheme and dual channel distribution model has become the choice of most enterprises.So,it is interesting for carbon-dependent enterprises in the dual-channel distribution model should be how to optimize their operation decisions to achieve maximizing profits.In this paper,we studied the optimal operation decisions of the three channel structures(R,RD,RR)based on one two-stage supply chain compose of a manufacturer and a retailer by using the game theory and optimization theory under cap and trade scheme;And how to achieve supply chain coordination by designing a revenue sharing contract to ensure supply chain members getting a double win situation,thus maintaining the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain in the global competition.First of all,based on the "C & T" condition,we respectively analyzed and compared the optimal emission reduction strategy and the optimal pricing strategy in the decentralized and centralized manners of the traditional retail channel structure supply chain;with respect to vertical R&D alliance cooperation and emission reduction of supply chain,a coordination scheme of revenue sharing contract is designed to study on the coordination problem of supply chain with "C & T" condition;and a dynamic game theory is used to prove the validity of the designed contract and realize the win-win of the supply chain members;besides,a numerical experiments is presented to show the contract has a very properties and efficiency.Secondly,based on the "C & T" condition,we respectively analyzed and compared the optimal emission reduction strategy and the optimal pricing strategy in the decentralized and centralized manners of the dual-channel structure(RD)supply chain that the manufacturer directly sales product to consumer by opening online sales channels and also provides homogeneous products to traditional retailers at wholesale;with respect to vertical R&D alliance cooperation and emission reduction of supply chain and the coordination of dual channel supply chain,a coordination scheme of revenue sharing contract is designed to study on the coordination problem of supply chain with "C & T" condition;and a dynamic game theory is used to prove the validity of the designed contract and realize the win-win of the supply chain members;besides,a numerical experiments is presented to show the contract has a very properties and efficiency.Finally,based on the "C & T" condition,we respectively analyzed and compared the optimal emission reduction strategy and the optimal pricing strategy in the decentralized and centralized manners of the dual-channel structure(RR)supply chain that the retailer sales product to consumer by opening online sales channels and sales homogeneous products to consumer by traditional retailers channel simultaneously;with respect to vertical R&D alliance cooperation and emission reduction of supply chain and the coordination of dual channel supply chain,a coordination scheme of revenue sharing contract is designed to study on the coordination problem of supply chain with "C & T" condition;and a dynamic game theory is used to prove the validity of the designed contract and realize the win-win of the supply chain members;besides,a numerical experiments is presented to show the contract has a very properties and efficiency.
