The Rapid development of communications technologies is driving the Professional Mobile Radio industry growing fast,and brings opportunities of development for enterprises in this industry.H company is established from 1993,focusing on Professional Mobile Radio industry and gaining a rapid growth using the differentiation competitive strategy.After 20 years,H company has became the biggest company in professional mobile radio industry in China,and ranks 3rd in the world.H company is now one of the most important suppliers for Chinese Public Safety market.Based on the developing trend,H company has set the developing strategic goal to enlarge sales volume from 1 billion to 10 billion RMB in future 5years from 2015,and targets to become the most valuable supplier for the Professional Mobile Radio industry.But along with the development,H company finds that the static competitive strategy is not capable to match the goal of development strategic goal,especially the communication technology is developing fast but the existing RND competitive strategy is reacting too slow,which cause high risk.So H company should find a new method to optimize its competitive strategy,it is now became the key factor for the company to achieve the goal of development.This thesis analyzes the development history of the competitive strategy,combining with the theory of the business ecosystem,and find out that business ecosystem based competition strategy analysis is more capable to reflect the real competition environment,and will give new view and solution for developing the competitive strategy.Then the thesis focus on the analyze of H company and its business ecosystem,states the situation and challenge of the existing competition strategy and present the suggestion of optimization of the competition strategy.Then the author analyze the execute solution and the risk managements for the new competition strategy.Finally,based on the analyze of the business ecosystem based competitive strategy,the author draws the conclusion that the business ecosystem based competitive strategy is suitable and capable to support the goal of the development of H company,and will help Hcompany to gain a long term and healthy growth.And the research and analyze of the H company is a positive reference for other companies in the communications companies,and should be a positive reference for other companies with similar developing situations.
