The core competitiveness of enterprises is determined by the level and strength of their human resources development.The training and development of employees is an important link for enterprises to obtain long-term healthy survival and development.The appropriate training mode determines the quality and level of training effectiveness.This article describes the Hebei State-owned company implement the "hierarchical training" training model now.First,at the company level,the focus is on the company’s management philosophy,the company’s development strategy,familiar with the overall quality of management to enhance.Second,at the departmental level,the departments according to their respective management functions,business characteristics,to carry out the company and its affiliated business functions related personnel management training,at the same time,combined with the department staff level of work,work ability of the actual situation,to the department staff Training.In the training session,mainly to collect training needs,develop training programs,organize the implementation of the three links.This paper analyzes the existing training mode of Hebei State-owned company by means of questionnaires,interviews,observation and so on.The training system and the training system are incomplete,the training needs are not comprehensive,the training content and the actual work,Lack of training file management,less analysis of training data,lack of training evaluation,training and assessment,compensation and employee career planning disjoint and so on.Based on the above analysis,combined with the actual situation of Hebei State-owned compan y,the paper puts forward the optimization train of its training mode from the strategic level,the system level,the operation level and the resource level.At the operational level,the scientific analysis of training needs,careful arrangements for the implementation of procedures to strengthen the training curriculum design,the full implementation of the training assessment,optimization of training funds management.In the management level,the establishment of training management system.At the resource level,to provide good resources to support.And from the training mode of operation,boosting force,security mechanisms and other aspects of the training model for the corresponding optimization and perfection.The optimized training mode can further improve the training effect of the enterprise,so as to improve the skills and quality of the employees and change the attitude and behavior of the staff so as to further enhance the personal performance of the staff and the overall performance of the organization and promote the rapid,healthy and healthy development of the enterprise.
