After the reform and development,Chinaeconomy has seen rapid development momentum and becomes a dark horse in the world economic stage.It replaced Japan as the second largest economy,and the global economy continues to focus on Asia.Many multinational companies have predicted the potential of China's future,so they began to market layout in China.The most suitable way to invest in China is business process outsourcing industry,because this industry belongs to the population and technology intensive industries,so they need a large number of high-end talent to support the industry's rapid development.China has all the advantages to development the business process outsourcing industry,numbers of multinational BPO and ITO companies come to invest in China,China become the global BPO base after Europe and the United States and India.JBT company is one of the first batch of BPO enterprises,and was the largest and most powerful domesticBPO companies.The company set up in 2000,after 5 years development,the scale of the enterprise grows to more than 1000 employees,the same year broke away from the original group,became India's BPO industry giant.In recent years,with the growing size of the company,HR management and control work is also increasingly difficult,especially in the loss of employees.JBT company is facing a serious crisis.This paper is based on the basic situation of the development of BPO industry and company as the research background,the current crisis faced by the company staff turnover as the research object,analyze the problem and find a scientific strategy of human resources through scientific management theory and method.Firstly,introduction the company and the cases of loss of staff,and then card the relevant HR management theories to analyze the problems,and find the fundamental problem of employee turnover.These problems in the enterprise HR management processing continuous fermentation,will cause the current results.At last the paper offers relevant develop countermeasures and suggestions contrapuntally,help JBT company solve the problems of HR management fundamentally.The paper use the method of HR management theory,and the current actual HR management situation of JBT company,develops a set of scientific and effective improving measures and schemes of employee turnover problem to help JBT company to get rid of the problems,these research results can also provide reference for other similar companies.
