Currently,Qinghai is in the rapid development stage of industrialization process.In this case,the industry of mineral resource exploitation,which plays a vital role in economic development in Qinghai,also attracts more and more attention because of generated ecological risks.As the foundation and guidance of mineral resource exploitation,ecological risk evaluation can help people better exploit mineral resources and protect local ecological environment.The thesis,referring to a large number of documents,based on local investigation and incorporating particular ecological environment,establishes four numbers of secondary indexes including ecological risk probability,ecological frailty,ecological significance and population suitability,eleven numbers of tertiary indexes including mining activity,damage accumulation and waste accumulation,as well as thirty-two quaternary indexes including mining pattern,mining strength,and geological damage.In the paper,ecological risk assessment system regarding Qianhai's mineral resource development is formulated,and an expert questionnaire is also designed for specialist's evaluation by utilizing Delphi Method.As per questionnaire statistics,ecological risk assessment on Qinghai's mineral resource is evaluated by fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.According to the evaluation result,development risk index is 6.0099,ecological frailty index is 2.3673,ecological significance index is 0.0446,while population suitability is 0.9981.The ecological risks of mineral resource exploitation in Qinghai Province is evaluated,whose results show that the ecological risks are high.Countermeasures and suggestions on the ecological risk control are put forward on the basis of the current situation analysis and evaluation results.
