Faced with an increasingly fierce competitive environment and the challenges of new technologies,human resources as a "first resource",it is the key to an invincible position in the competition.Key appropriate human resources manager for a business is having the right human resources,human resource managers and practitioners as an important facilitator of enterprise human resource management,which largely determines the level of competence of Human Resources Management and development.From the HR manager competency perspective,incorporated into the context of Chinese culture developed regions and economic development of undeveloped areas incompatibility,select underdeveloped areas in southern Jiangxi enterprises as samples,exploration and development in southern Jiangxi Enterprise Human competency elements resources manager,build their competency model,to better promote the human resource management practices in southern Jiangxi.This study selected human resources manager for the study,on the basis of competency and human resources manager competency theory summary,using word frequency analysis collected competency entries and behavioral event interview verify competency entries,prepare human resources manager competency survey questionnaire.Based on the preliminary test questionnaire item analysis and factor analysis test and identification of the reliability and validity of questionnaire items to ensure the suitability of the questionnaire prepared by the formation of a formal questionnaire.In the process of empirical analysis,factor analysis,descriptive statistics,variance analysis and other methods of Gannan corporate human resources manager competency model were analyzed.The result found: corporate human resources manager in southern Jiangxi competency model consists of five dimensions:personal qualities,organizational development,strategic orientation,management skills and expertise constituted which personal qualities include learning ability and learning awareness,affinity,influence,self-confidence heart,integrity and impartiality;organizational development capabilities include the ability to cooperate,other business knowledge,responsibility,service awareness,training and development,innovation;strategy guide includes forward-looking,strategic acumen,change management capability;management skills including communication skills,comprehensive analysis capabilities,ability to adapt;expertise include human resources knowledge and skills,the ability to balance the interests of both sides feature.On the basis of constructing southern Jiangxi corporate human resources manager competency model,through the nature of business,industry type,firm size,job level and other demographic variables of analysis to explore demographic variables evaluation of the human resources manager competency five factors difference.Meanwhile,the study also discusses thedifferences in the analysis of human resources manager and administrative manager in the Human Resources Manager Competency five-factor of actual performance.
