Leading Industry Choice And Development Mode Analysis In New Urbanization Process

With China entered the post industrial era, the process of urbanization has been into a new stage, the path of urbanization with new features has become an important direction of future urbanization in China, the new urbanization emphasizes interaction between city and industry, pays attention to urban-rural integration, saving, ecology and live, this is very different from the past urbanization development which is spontaneous. The new urbanization puts more emphasis on the top-level design, the interaction among the region, people, industry and environment. Among them, the new urbanization emphasizes integration of industry and city, industry is the key role in the process of industrialization, with the development of new industries as the core, relying on the industry to promote the development of the city.The industrial selection theory is not rare, from abroad to home, but the theory is very difficult to use in the real industrial application conveniently, scientific process, especially is lack of instruction for the choice of the leading industry in the process of urbanization. Therefore, with the study of basic industry, through my own work experience, I summarize a set of leading industry selection method.This paper analyzes the main choice theory from the leading industry, new urbanization connotation and leading industry selection requirements, establish a new urbanization leading industry choice models, research of development model of urbanization. The leading industries selection model for the new urbanization is the focus of this research paper. By the learning of theory, combined with my experience, I designed the "inverted triangle progressive industry screening model", considered to be more suitable for the construction of the new urbanization process leading industries selection. Inverted triangle progressive industry screening model chosen as a benchmark industry screening of four dimensions, namely the initial screening industry, industry attractiveness analysis, correlation analysis industry, the possibility to undertake industrial transfer and analysis. Followed by the use of four screening benchmarks, will gradually narrow the scope of the industry selected to achieve industry "long list","the list","short list" finalized. In every industry screening benchmarks, will be used in different ways, and each index analysis. From a fundamental point of view, inverted triangle progressive industry screening model is an integrated innovation, is a comprehensive application of many leading industry selection method, taking into account the application possibilities and convenience.Moreover, in addition to the establishment of leading industry selection model, the paper also studied new urbanization development model, the concept of industrial town is mainly discussed. Meanwhile, focuses on the industrial town construction mode-industrial estate, and in the form of case describe three types of mode of operation including the government-led, large enterprises leading and professional industrial estate. Especially the professional industrial estate, the paper uses a business case to state the role in the construction of the new urbanization.
