Research On The Reform Of Agricultural Land Property Rights And Farmers' Income Growth In Yunnan

Farmland is not only the material basis for the farmers' production,but also the rely for a farmer's survival and development of the basic factors of production.It is the important source of the income for farmers.Therefore,the farmland property right of system is closely related to farmers' living,it is an important factor of the rural economy development and social stability.In the meantime it is also can be a strong power to increase farmers' income.China is an agricultural country and the development of agriculture and land are inseparable.In recent years,with the increasing of population,the demand for agricultural productivity and production is becoming bigger and bigger.The traditional small-scale peasant economy gradually become more and more difficult to meet with the reform and opening up gradually in-depth and began to accelerate urbanization construction,greater use of farmland expropriation and farmers per capita arable land area is decreased dramatically,the countryside surplus labor force continues to grow.At the same time,although the farmers' income has been keep growing,but its growth rate is not fast.What more serious is that the income gap between urban and rural areas is at present bigger and bigger,compared with urban residents income,farmers' income slowed sharply.Therefore,how to make use of agricultural land property rights reform to increase farmers' income has been the focus to attention.Agricultural industry is one of the most important industry in Yunnan province,Yunnan is rich in natural resources and form the regional various areas with characteristics of agricultural products and the new situation.At the same time,also belong to ethnic minorities in Yunnan province and border areas and farmers' income level is low,weak economic foundation,which caused great obstacles for agricultural development.Yunnan farmland mainly divides into the mountain and PingBa areas,how to combine the specific conditions and characteristics of the two regions of farmland property right reform respectively,is the key of land reform in Yunnan province.In this paper,it is using a variety of content analysis method to study the points:First,the status and problems and Yunnan farmland property rights in China is analyzed and then elaborates the present situation and problems of farmers' income in Yunnan Province,followed by analysis of farmland property right system of farmers' income in all aspects and finally on the basis of the successful experience of drought-hit Luliang county farmland property right reform region,in the combination with other parts of the actual situation of Yunnan province,analyze the feasibility of land system reform in Yunnan province and put forward the reform of farmland system in Yunnan province improve the farmers' income policy Suggestions.
