With the economic growth and the improvement of living standards,the real estate industry has become a pillar of the national economy which can not be ignored.In recent years,the state regulation and management on the real estate is more and more strict,while the the amount of capital related to real estate industry is also growing.At the same time,the national demand for real estate is increasingly diversified,bringing greater pressure to real estate industry.In this context,the development of the real estate business has become a must and the research on the management model of real estate business is particularly important.Supply chain management has become a major focus of enterprise management.Based on the control,design,plan and optimization of supply chain information,logistics and funds,enterprises can enhance the competitiveness and obtain important resources.In essence,the supply chain management is the management of each node enterprise in the supply chain through the integration of the core enterprise and the upstream and downstream enterprises,the promotion of information sharing,the joint control,as to realize the win-win cooperation between enterprises and maximize the competitiveness of enterprises.However,at present,the level of China's real estate enterprises in supply chain management and competitiveness is relatively low,while information has not been shared well,which means that there is a larger space for research and progress.To sum up,this paper studies the risk management of real estate supply chain.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of supply chain management,and introduces the development of the real estate industry at this stage,indicating the importance of the supply chain management to the real estate industry.Then,the real estate risk factors of each stage are classified by using SCOR model,and the ISM model is used to explain the interaction between the various risk factors.By drawing the structure of flow between the various influencing factors,it can be found the key nodes to reduce the risk of transformation,and finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward in the aspects of enterprise,contract unit,supply chain design etc..
