With the increasing number of global economic and trade,the depth and scope of economic globalization will inevitably deepen and expand.As a carrier of economic globalization,foreign-funded enterprises attract a large number of experts and scholars to study and explore.However,as a hidden factor of employee satisfaction in foreign capital enterprises,experts and scholars pay not enough attention to it.The literature is relatively scarce and the theoretical foundation is relatively weak.Employee satisfaction of foreignfunded enterprises not only has the dual role of material and spirit of its own employees,and the efficiency of enterprises will have a great effect.This article takes the foreign-funded enterprise as the research breakthrough point,takes the staff of Qingdao S company as the object of study,takes the factor which affects the staff satisfaction as the research content.First of all,the concept of employee satisfaction,employee satisfaction and related factors affect the determination of employee satisfaction in historic review,standing on the previous theoretical results,and the method for the determination of the concept and influencing factors of employee satisfaction at home and abroad are summarized and combing.Secondly,make a brief overview of the overall situation of S company,and fully explain the human resources problems of S company.Then,the composition of the expert group to confirm the influencing factors of employee satisfaction,the work environment,work itself,work reward,interpersonal relationship,the whole of enterprise,organizational justice and other factors are more or less impact on employee satisfaction,and construct the one-level contributory factors matrix and two-level contributory factors matrix,using Matlab software,the consistency of the matrix and the weight of each factor was confirmed.At the same time,the questionnaire for employee satisfaction is designed,distributed,recycled and collected,sorted and summarized.Through the research about the influence factors of employee satisfaction of S company,can accurate understanding to the employee satisfaction levels of S company,and the key factors that influence the employee satisfaction,it is concluded that the effective measures to improve satisfaction.Reduce staff turnover,enhance employee satisfaction,for personal career development and life planning,to family happiness and stable and harmonious,for peace and stability of the steady development of society and is of great significance.
