Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become one of the important driving force for the development of enterprises.Especially for high and new technology enterprises,enterprise knowledge workers are very important to the development of high and new technology enterprises because of their knowledge and skills.Effective incentive mechanism of high and new technology enterprises is of great significance to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge workers.However,due to some problems existing in the enterprise management and practice,leading to China high-tech enterprise knowledge-based employees’ incentive mechanism has some problems,which in a certain extent affected the high liquidity problems of knowledge workers.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how to set up effective incentive mechanism to ensure the competitiveness and innovation ability of high-tech enterprises.In this paper,based on the overview and study of the former scholars research on the basis,to the incentive theory as the foundation,through literature research,case analysis and other research methods,analysis of the system studied China high-tech enterprise knowledge-based employees incentive mechanism of the status quo and existing problems.And combined with the actual situation,try to set up the incentive mechanism model,principle and safeguard measures of the high and new technology enterprises.At the same time,with the incentive mechanism of H company as a case,the specific analysis of H company in the knowledge of the actual situation of employee motivation.Through the analysis of the case of H company,the author draws lessons from the effective measures of the H company in the knowledge worker’s incentive,and further improves the incentive mechanism that has been established to make it more perfect,which is in line with the actual needs.In order to solve the problems of the existing knowledge workers’ incentive mechanism,this paper makes use of the management thought of Drucker to find out the effective measures to solve the problem of knowledge workers’ motivation.
