In recent years,the flow of commercial banks has become more and more frequent in the industry,resulting in increased difficulty of performance management,disqualification of performance management requirements,many problems emerge,more representative,such as:how the staff salary structure How to improve the desire of the worker's effort;how to set up the sense of belonging to the employees;how to coordinate the staff's personal career planning with the bank's goals;how to stimulate the staff and so on.Through the construction of a new performance management system,to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff work,improve work efficiency play a role.Combined with the Merchants Bank development strategy and China Merchants Bank faces the internal and external competition situation,to ensure that the system services in the development of China Merchants Bank.This paper is divided into five parts : The first chapter is the foreword,through the development of China Merchants Bank Qingdao branch of the study of the meaning and background of the study of the subject structure and content of the overview;Chapter II for the theoretical preparation,,The performance management,and so on.The third chapter is the case study,combined with the business structure,business scale,organizational structure and performance management system of China Merchants Bank Qingdao Branch.The fourth chapter is the design of the performance management system,combined with the above analysis of the problems and reasons,through the index system,assessment methods and assessment of the main,assessment process design,the development strategy of the Merchants Bank and Qingdao Branch performance Management system to design;the fifth chapter for the summary part of the new performance management system to sum up the advantages and disadvantages.The innovation of this paper is to break the gap between the theory and the construction of the performance management theory.It has certain practical significance and has some reference significance to the construction of the performance management system of China's commercial banks.
